Hi!
I’m a 24-year-old nurse looking to move out with my Jack Russell, Basil. I’m not on a strict timeline — just starting to see what’s out there and hoping to find the right people/place.
What I’m looking for:
Ideally 1–2 (maybe 3) female or female-identifying housemates who are open to finding a place together in the inner north-west (Ascot Vale / Brunswick / Parkville), close to public transport. Super random but I LOVE a beach so I could be persuaded to move somewhere further if the beach is in walking distance lol. A backyard or outdoor space is a must for Basil.
Also very open to any leads on pet-friendly places that might suit us.
About me:
I work shift work as a nurse, so sometimes I’ll be asleep during the day or coming home later. Home is a calm, clean space for me — definitely not a party house. I’m independent but friendly, value open communication, and like a house where we can have our own space but hang out when it suits.
Outside of work I’m into Pilates/yoga/boxing, long walks, social netball, Sunday markets, matcha dates, movies, reading, paddle boarding, and exploring Melbourne’s hikes.
About Basil:
Basil is a small Jack Russell (~6kg). He’s house-trained, non-destructive, and used to being left while I’m at work. I walk him daily and take full responsibility for his care, cleaning, and any pet-related costs.
He can be a little anxious in busy or unpredictable environments, so he does best in a women-only household and in a calmer home. He can’t live with cats and isn’t comfortable with large dogs, but may be open to living with a calm older dog after a meet-and-greet.
I’m hoping to find a relaxed, respectful household where we all look after our little home.
If this sounds like a good fit, feel free to message — happy to chat or meet up.
