Hi, I'm Gabean Kim, a 23-year-old female from Korea on a Working Holiday visa.

I arrive in Melbourne on March 25 night and am available for inspections from March 27. I’m looking to move in around March 30, specifically in North Melbourne, Carlton, or Brunswick East to stay close to the city for work.

As a professional barista with over 3 years of experience, I plan to work in the local cafe industry. I am a non-smoker with tidy living habits, always cleaning up after cooking to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone.

I am financially responsible, prepared for my settlement, and always pay rent on time. I’m also happy to follow house rules and share cleaning duties.
