Leah and Joe

Hi, we are Leah (Kiwi, 30) & Joe (34, British) and are looking for sublet in Sydney short term- mid term availability. We are currently in a sublet in Chippendale and loved the area and looking for another sublet while we get ourselves fully set up in Sydney.

We are flexible on what we are looking for and length of time. Ideally 4 weeks or longer but really open to anything. We move out of our current place on the 27th of February and so anything from around that date is great.

About us-
We are a couple who have just moved to Sydney after living in London since 2021. Leah is a qualified teacher and Joe works in social policy. We are super relaxed and friendly people, we like to get out and about and go for walks, head to the beach, go for a drink as well as chill out.

We have been together for over 10 years and lots of experience in flat shares, sublets and rentals and looking for something where we can relax.
