Hi! My name is Hyeonyeong!

1. Move-in date: I’m hoping to move in after February 22, and as soon as possible would be perfect for me.
2. Length of stay: Minimum 3 months, maximum 6 months.
3. Age & nationality: I’m 23 years old and from South Korea.
4. Work/study: I’m currently in Australia on a Working Holiday visa. I haven’t started working yet, but I plan to find a job as soon as I secure accommodation. In South Korea, I’m a university student majoring in Russian and International Studies.
5. Schedule: At the moment I don’t have a fixed schedule since I’m still job hunting. Once I find a job, it will likely be regular day shifts.
6. Furniture: I don’t have my own furniture.
7. Car space: I don’t require a car space.
8. Occupancy: The room would be just for myself.
9. Preferences: I don’t have any specific requirements, but a private room would be preferred if possible.
10. Cleaning roster: Yes, of course! I’m very comfortable following a shared cleaning roster.

I’m tidy, respectful, and responsible with rent and bills. I truly value a peaceful and friendly home environment and would love to contribute positively to the household.
