Benedikt

Hi everyone,

this is Benedikt, I’m a law student from Hamburg, Germany, and I’ll be in Sydney for an exchange semester from late July until the end of the year. I’m looking for a friendly and relaxed flat to call home during that time.

I’m very experienced in shared flats, clean, respectful, and reliable with rent and bills. I value open communication and keeping common areas tidy. I’m easygoing and considerate of different routines.

I spent about a year cycling around the world and fell in love with Sydney during that trip – which is why I really wanted to come back and live here for a while. I’m an active person, enjoy running and being outdoors, and I’m excited to explore more of the city. At the same time, I appreciate a calm and comfortable home environment and am always up for a chat or cooking together.
