Hey 👋

I’m Tom, 32, Melbourne-based and looking for a place (either large room or whole apartment). Ideally after a larger room that can fit a desk properly, as I work a mix of WFH and office life.

I work in digital marketing within the motorcycle world, and I’m also big into photography, travel, scuba diving, basketball, adventures, and enjoy some downtime gaming too 😀

Work keeps me busy - I'll be gone for events at times, but very house proud, clean, respectful, lived with housemates before and very aware that everyone needs their own space (no forced hanging out, I promise).

What I’m ideally looking for:

- A spacious room (WFH friendly) or whole apartment (unfurnished preferably)
- Ensuite preferred, but happy with sharing

- Housemates at a similar life-stage

- Car space

- Currently looking for around 6 months or so with option to extend if it's a whole apartment

- Budget $300-$550 a week for the right place

- Not too fussed on location, but prefer SE suburbs

- I can also bring items of furniture/white goods if needed

I also love a boardgame, cooking and a few cheeky bevs if the occasion arises (but not a party animal, I'm over 30 😅). Happy to live with males/females.
