A bit about me — I’ve recently moved up to Queensland from NSW for work.

I’m 42yr old female, a full-time professional, quiet, respectful, and very house-proud.

I'm a landlord myself so understand and respect the living arrangements and home.

I’m reliable with rent and bills, easygoing, and value a calm, clean and tidy home environment.

I’m looking for a stable place in or around the Waterford, Beenleigh area. Must have access to internet and phone reception- I'm aware these areas can have black-spots where internet/reception is poor.
I have a car and drive, I dont smoke, I do drink socially.
