Hi There!
A bit about me — I’m a 31-year-old male currently living in Balcatta with my sister, but my lease is finishing up soon so I’m looking to move around mid-March.

I run my own plumbing business, which keeps me busy most of the time. I work early mornings and usually head to bed early as well, so I’m definitely not a party person. I live a pretty healthy and active lifestyle — I enjoy going to the gym, running, and playing table tennis.

I’d describe myself as quiet but friendly. I’m always happy to have a chat, but I also really value a calm and respectful home environment. A positive atmosphere is important to me, and I’m ideally looking for a long-term stay if it’s the right fit with housemates.

I don’t smoke, and I have no pets or kids. I’m clean, responsible, and used to maintaining a home properly.
I also have a separate storage unit for all my plumbing equipment, so I won’t need much garage space.

I’m preferably looking for a furnished place and would love to find somewhere that feels like a good fit for everyone.
