Helllooo, I'm a 24y/o Kiwi, currently living in Surry Hills, however my lease is about to end so I'm on the hunt for a new home.
I work full time in the CBD (sport science), so weekdays are pretty structured. I work from home 2 days/week. I love my morning walks, so looking for some like-minded people who might want to join?! (Not a prerequisite, just thought it could be fun.) I also go to Oneplayground, enjoy cooking, going on random adventures, watching the All Blacks smash the Wallabies (touch wood), coffee with friends & ofc a sweet treat.
My budget is $350–450/wk incl. bills, keen for Surry Hills, Darlinghurst or Paddington area if possible.
I've been flatting with friends back in NZ for the past 5 years, so understand the drill when it comes to house sharing. I'm super independent, but I'm also looking for a flat with people who do stuff together, rather than housemates who just nod at each other in the kitchen. If your house does group dinners, random Sunday plans, or even just leaves the TV on for company, I'm probably your person.
