Rourke

Hi, my name’s Rourke. I’m a 4th-year Mechanical Engineering & Commerce student at USYD, I’ve just returned from an exchange semester in Sweden. I’m looking to move in from 23 Feb and would be hoping to stay medium to long-term as I have ~2.5 years left of my degree.

I have 2.5 years experience living in share houses and understand the importance of keeping a home clean, peaceful and respectful. While in Sweden I was also solely responsible for maintaining and cleaning my entire place, so I’m very tidy and proactive with shared spaces.

I’m active and spend a lot of my time with uni, running, gym, rowing or bouldering, and I really value a friendly living environment.

I’m reliable with rent and bills, financially stable, don't smoke, no pets and happy to provide references or any further information. I'm interested in teaming up to find places too feel free to reach out and we can make a team
