I’m Niina, 31, looking for a new place to call home in Perth that would be closer to work (Belmont Forum Shopping Centre).

I don't have a car nor plan on driving here, so my home cannot be far from the following areas: Belmont, Cloverdale, Rivervale, Kewdale, Carlisle, Lathlain, Burswood or Victoria Park.

My budget is around $300 /week. I'm hoping to move in mid-June (13-14 June).

I’m tidy, easygoing, and used to living with roommates. I prefer shared houses with mostly females (couples are fine), and I’m primarily looking for a place that truly feels like home for the long run.

A little about me: I’m outgoing and active - usually at the gym or playing beach volleyball.
