Hi! My name is Vinicius and my wife and I are arriving in Gold Coast on March 23rd.

We are looking for a private room for approximately 1 month initially, with the possibility of extending long term if everything goes well.

We are a married couple, very calm, respectful and organized. We genuinely value a clean and peaceful home environment and always keep common areas tidy. We are easy to live with, responsible and considerate of others’ space. We don’t smoke and we don’t have pets.

We are students with full working rights and stable financial planning for our stay in Australia. We are committed to maintaining a positive and harmonious household.

We are happy to arrange a video call before confirming and will be available for in-person inspection after March 23rd.

Our budget is around $350–450 per week for a private room.
