Hi, my name is Francine and I’m 22 years young. I currently work full time in the vehicle rental industry and live in Darwin, have been for more than a decade of my life! 🐊

I am looking to start life elsewhere preferably close to Melbourne city or inner nearby suburbs. I am looking for a room rental for like 1 year maximum. If I like the vibes I may extend for another year. I have experienced living by myself and also with roommates so if references are needed, I can provide.

I will be new to Melbourne so please be patient with me.

I am not picky with car parking, either a car park area or on street. I am just torn at the moment if I should bring my car in Victoria or sell it as trams are pretty consistent. So either way I’m flexible.

Most of the food I eat are usually microwaveable or air fried so I don’t cook much and take a lot of space.

My budget is $250 weekly. Preferably would like to live with women as for comfort. Also prefer if bills are included but that can also be negotiated.

My hobbies are watching YouTube, being a foodie and online shopping. Basically homebody activities. Personally, I’m an ambivert, clean after myself and financially punctual.
