Scarlet and Melissa

Hiya,

My name is Scarlet (24) and I will bring my best friend Melissa (24) with me. Potientally her boyfriend Brad (26) but unsure on the details of him yet!

We just moved to Perth in Feb for the year on a holiday and working visa and are finding it unlucky with house viewing and property prices so wanted to have a look into house shares! Melissa drives will have a cat adventurely so if you need lift let us know! I do not so I will need public transport routes! And will both be working through the year!

We fun and bubbly, we love socialising but understand the need for down time and quiet and will work around your schedules. Both very tidy and more than willing to put in the work to keep your houses tidy. We could be your own Cinderellas if that is needed. I am a bit of a den mother! We are looking for somewhere to call home whilist we’re in the city and when we’re away travelling throughout the year (we don’t have a timeline for this but won’t be away for more than 2weeks at most and will ensure bills and rent are paid)

We can be the people you rant to about your day or give you the silence you need after a long day. We’re pretty much up for anything! You need a girls night- we’re on it! You need the house cleaning - got you! You need fashion advice for a hot date - don’t worry - we can go shopping! We’d love to chat and discuss what you need in order to have a successful house share and can adapt to that (limits obviously) 😂

We are happy to share the shopping bill and go shopping with a list or separate! Up to you! We’ve lived in a big house before and understand what it takes to run it!
We don’t have any furniture and would prefer a furnished place but can buy stuff if we need it.
