We are a Brazilian couple, recently arrived in Perth, looking for a place to live long-term. We need to move by March 15th, and our budget is around $400 per week.

I study and work in the City, and my husband works in Wanneroo. Therefore, we are looking for a place in the City or nearby areas that would be convenient and balanced for both of us.

We are very calm, respectful, and organized. We value a clean, comfortable, and harmonious home environment. We enjoy practicing sports and maintain a balanced routine.
