Hi! My name is Matilde, I’m 23 years old and I’m from Italy.

I have recently completed all my exams in Management Engineering and I’m currently living and working in Brisbane. I have been here for around two months and I work in the hospitality industry.

During my time in Brisbane, I have been living in a shared room, so I am now looking for a private room where I can have a little more personal space. I am available to move in immediately.

I’m a positive, friendly and easy-going person. I’m respectful, tidy and responsible, and I’m comfortable sharing common areas with other people. I always try to keep the house clean and organised and to contribute to a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

Because of my hospitality job, I have a fairly structured routine and I am often out during the day or evening. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, staying active, socialising and having a chat with my housemates, but I also respect everyone’s privacy and personal space.

I’m looking for a welcoming and comfortable home where everyone can feel at ease. I am reliable, punctual with rent and bills, and ready to move in straight away.
