Hi! I’m Mohammad, a Master of Professional Accounting (Advanced) student based in Sydney. I’m easygoing, respectful, and keep a clean, organised home. I’m usually busy with uni, work, and gym/jiu-jitsu, so I value a peaceful and positive living environment.

I’m sociable and friendly but also very mindful of personal space and quiet time. I don’t smoke, rarely party at home, and I’m financially responsible and reliable with rent/bills.

In my free time I enjoy training, creating content, coffee walks, and exploring the city. Originally from Iran, I’ve lived abroad and adapt well to different people and lifestyles.
