My partner and I are currently looking for a granny flat, studio, or ensuite room in a shared home around the following areas:

Wynnum / Mount Gravatt / Carindale / Camp Hill / Eight Mile Plains / Rochedale / Springwood

We’re happy with street or off-street parking.

A little about us:
We’re a respectful, tidy, and easy-going couple who genuinely value a peaceful, clean home environment. We’re non-smokers with no pets or kids — just two people excited to build our next chapter in Brisbane.

We’re Irish citizens who both lived in Ireland for over 17 years and met in college about 8 years ago. I’m originally from the Philippines and about to start a full-time role, while Isaac, originally from Kenya, is currently working part-time as he searches for a full-time engineering role.

What we bring as tenants/housemates:

In our spare time we enjoy walks, trying new hobbies (currently badminton and tennis), and we’re very animal-friendly if you happen to have pets.

Our budget is around $250–$450 per week (including bills).
