Hi! I'm Kim. I've made the move to Newy from Perth for work. I work full time Mon- Fri as an engineer on Kooragang Island. I am looking for a quiet and cosy place to call home.

Things that make me an excellent housemate:

- Pay bills on time and clean up after myself. Also pretty happy to chip in with cleaning of shared areas .

- Laid back, down for a cuppa / shared meal every now and then but will likely do my own thing most of the time.

- Excellent cook when the occasion demands it but during the week I am pretty low key.

- Spend a fair bit of time in the gym after work so you won't see me around a whole heap.

- I don't smoke or party (a bit past that ) or have any pets of my own.

In my spare time: You will find me at the beach attempting to run, playing D&D, reading or at the gym.
