25 year old working professional from the UK looking for a private room in an apartment or share place in the following areas:

Eastern suburbs
Inner southern suburbs near the airport aka Mascot area).
Potentially North Sydney area around the train/metro line

Ideally looking for a move in date for the week starting 23rd March as my current lease runs out on the 28th.

What I’m looking for:

* Budget up to $500/week
* A parking spot as I use my car for work a lot
* I work from home a fair bit so ideally a bigger room to fit my desk and computer in
* Ideally long-term (1+ years)

About me:
Pretty easygoing and tidy. I’m into the gym and enjoy the odd drink, but also like a calm place during the week. Looking to live with other working professionals around a similar age. Have lived in shared housing since 18 so know how to be respectful.
