Hi! I’m Neda 😊

I’m currently studying at Swinburne University and am doing a 12-month placement at the Victorian Heart Hospital, so I’m hoping to find a place a bit closer to work (and avoid long commutes!).

On weekends, I work as a swim teacher, which I absolutely love. Working with kids brings out my fun, energetic side and keeps things interesting!

I’d describe myself as super friendly, easygoing, and respectful. I’m the kind of person who genuinely cares about creating a calm, positive home environment. I love a space that feels clean, cosy, and welcoming, not just somewhere you live, but somewhere that feels like home. I’m very mindful of shared spaces and always happy to do my part to keep things tidy and comfortable for everyone.

I’m also big on balance. I enjoy my quiet time to recharge, especially with placement keeping me busy during the day, but I’m definitely not a stranger! I love a good movie night, going to the gym, swimming, and spending time with friends and family. I’d also love to build a friendly connection with my roommates, whether that’s the occasional chat, dinner, or just sharing a laugh.

At the end of a long day, I really value coming home to a relaxed, positive vibe, and I’d love to contribute to creating that kind of space together.

I’m looking for a 12-month stay in an all female home and would prefer a home without cats due to allergies :)
