What I’m looking for:

* Private room (furnished or unfurnished)
* Budget: $150–$250 per week (flexible depending on location)
* Access to kitchen, laundry, and Wi-Fi
* Prefer a peaceful and clean household

* Richmond
* Glenferrie / areas near Swinburne
