We’re a couple looking for a place to rent in Melbourne. We’re looking for a private room or studio in a convenient location, preferably around the CBD, Richmond, Docklands, or near Southern Cross Station.

About us:

* Both students / young professionals
* Clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces
* Non-smokers
* Friendly, easy-going and responsible
* Quiet lifestyle and not into partying
* Responsible with rent and bills
* Prefer a clean, peaceful and comfortable household

What we’re looking for:

* Private room ensuite with a double bed or studio ensuite
* Furnished
* Kitchen and laundry access
* Wi-Fi preferred
* Couples accepted
* Long-term stay preferred

Budget:
Around $350–$400 per week for both of us, depending on the location and inclusions.

We’re looking for a comfortable and peaceful place where we can settle in and feel at home. 😊
