I’m a responsible, non-smoking 21-year-old who recently completed an Advanced Diploma in Mechatronics at Swinburne University. I’ve also just returned from some overseas travel and am now looking for a comfortable and stable place to live.

I’m organised, reliable and take pride in keeping my room and shared spaces clean and tidy while always respecting house rules and other people’s privacy. I previously lived in shared accommodation at Swinburne for two years, which taught me the importance of being considerate and easy to live with.

I moved out in December, received my full bond back, and have always paid rent on time.
