I’m a 24-year-old international student currently studying a Master of Applied Finance, and I’m expected to graduate in July 2027. I’m single, a non-smoker, and I don’t have any pets. I’m generally quiet, clean, and able to live independently. I have a stable routine and I won’t be bringing people over for parties. My earliest available move-in date is 16 March 2026. I’m looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay long term, and I think I would be a respectful and easy-going housemate.
