I am looking to move in by late October!

I’m an easygoing and respectful housemate who likes keeping a clean, calm and comfortable home to come back to. I work, stay very active and travel whenever I can, so I’m not always home but when I am I really value a relaxed space where everyone feels comfortable.

I’m friendly and sociable and enjoy a chat or shared dinner now and then, but I also really respect personal space and different routines. I’m mindful of shared areas, tidy up after myself, and like contributing fairly to keeping the place running smoothly. I’m reliable with rent and bills and easy to communicate with.

Overall, I’d say I bring a positive, independent and considerate energy to a home, and I enjoy living with people who have a similar vibe.
