Hello, my name is Rémy and I currently share a flat in Victoria Park. Following the sale of the house, my tenancy is coming to an end. I work full-time as a landscaper near Dianella. I am a respectful, tidy, discreet and honest person. If you would like more information about me, please do not hesitate to ask. However, I do have a few expectations regarding the tenancy and to avoid wasting everyone’s time:
- Ideally, I would like somewhere to park my car.
- A maximum of 3 or 4 people
- Everything needed for daily living (a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking)
- A bedroom that isn’t right next to the kitchen or the bathroom
