Hi, my name is Leo and I’m from South Korea. I’ve recently arrived in Perth on a working holiday and I’m currently looking for a comfortable place to call home.

I’m a clean, respectful and easygoing person who enjoys a relaxed living environment. I’m very used to sharing spaces with others and always try to keep common areas tidy and comfortable for everyone.

I’m a non-smoker and not a big drinker. I might enjoy a drink socially once in a while, but I’m definitely not a party person.

I really enjoy fitness and outdoor activities. I like going to the gym, staying active and getting outside whenever I can. If anyone in the house enjoys training too, I’m always happy to share some protein shakes 💪. If you become my gym buddy, I promise to mix the shakes properly and take good care of your shaker bottle.

I’m also a big dog person and love animals in general. My family back in Korea has a 15-year-old dog and a 2-year-old cat, so I’m very comfortable living in a house with pets.

My friends back in Korea usually say I’m the “comedian” of the group, so even with my not-so-perfect English I’ll probably still manage to make people laugh 😄

I also enjoy outdoor activities like going to the beach, exploring new places, or just getting out for fresh air. If anyone in the house likes outdoor adventures, I’d be more than happy to volunteer as the house’s unofficial driver

Ideally I’m looking for a friendly and relaxed home where everyone respects each other’s space but can still have a good chat from time to time.

I’m available to move in anytime and happy to come for an inspection.
