Hi I'm Jed, 23 years old from England.

I've been living in Fairlight, Sydney since April and I'm looking to relocate within the similar area.

I'm easy going and I make sure to clean up after myself and I like to live in a tidy space. I'm always up for a chat and also like my own space so I will respect other's own space too.

I'm looking for a room in the region of $350 per week.

I work full time as a landscaper so I'm out the house most of the day during the week and I tend to go the the gym after work. I'm a social person who likes to keep active and enjoys the occasional drink and meals together.
