I’m Kendall, a 33-year-old female from South Africa, looking for a new shared place to settle in. I'm not going to state an age or gender preference; it's all about your vibe and energy! So if the below list resonates with you, let me know.

• Rental budget $250 p/w incl. shared bills
• Looking to move between mid/late March but must move by 19 April.
• Happy with a 6-month agreement if that's on the table for the right housemate(s).
• Preferably furnished place or a housemate who has stuff, since all I have is a bed and a bookshelf.
• Ideally looking for a shared property (house, townhouse, unit) with a decent/larger bedroom/BIR/WIR/en-suite or shared bathroom with SEPARATE toilet.
• High-speed NBN internet access is a must.
• Heating/Cooling is a must.
• Garage/off-street parking would be ideal but flexible.
• All about considerate, respectful, positive, friendly household energy.
• Clean, tidy, organised and reliable with rent, household cleaning/maintenance.

WHO AM I:
I’m easy-going and really lovely to get along with. I respect people’s privacy/need for space, as I enjoy my own time, but also happy to chat. I've lived in four shared houses over the years and get along with any household as long as there is balance.

• I value open, honest, respectful communication.
• I’m neat, tidy and organised. I believe the home space reflects our internal space.
• Ideally, you'll also value general tidiness and consideration for shared items/spaces.
• Very mindful of household noise/guests, especially around work schedules.
• I’m punctual and reliable when it comes to rent/bills.
• I work part-time in events, so I might have crazy early mornings or really late nights.
• Always happy to share the load of household maintenance/chores/ and thoroughly clean up after myself to ensure spaces are left in a hygienic, respectable manner for all.

ABOUT ME:
I immigrated to Aus on a permanent resident visa, and I enjoy discovering the culture here more and more. I'm currently looking for full-time employment in the events industry, so for now, I'm doing part-time work in it to build up my Aussie resume.

I have PS5 "play dates" with my twin in Brisbane, usually every weeknight as a way for us to catch up and unwind, but I have a monitor, so I'm happy to do this in my room. I do enjoy game nights and pizza and drinks more than I enjoy going out.
I love watching series of "who dunnit" or documentaries. Love a good laugh and often re-watch my favourite comedy series. I do enjoy playing guitar and singing, but will most likely only do this when the house is empty #stagefright
I have siblings in Melbourne whom I try to visit at least once a week. Other than that, I'll be around the house but like to remain in my own space, so you'll hardly notice I'm there.
