30-year-old woman working full time. I've been living in a 1 bed appt for the last three years however am looking to make some new friendships and save some money in this economy haha. I love coffee, brunch, pilates, walking and am partial to a spicy marg on occasion.

My previous housemate and I are now besties but she also did shiftwork so there'd be times where due to work schedules we didn't see each other for days at a time. I'd ideally be looking for someone where we can become friends but is also super respectful of space and alone time. I am way too old for a party house so looking for someone who isn't likely to have big parties and values cleanliness :)
