I’m a pretty clean and easy-going person to live with. I like keeping things tidy and always clean up after myself, especially in shared spaces. I have a regular routine as a full-time student, so I’m usually quiet and respectful of others’ schedules.
I’m friendly and happy to chat, but I also understand the importance of personal space. I’ve had a good rental history and always pay rent on time.
My partner and I are both non-smokers, so we’d ideally like a smoke-free home.
