Hi, I’m Liv! I’m 21, just graduated QUT with a Bach Comms/PR, originally from Mackay. I lived in a 6-bed 2-bath during uni so I’m very familiar with shared spaces & having the perfect balance between wholesome roomie friendships, respect, & individual routines/non verbal time.

I’m currently working casually (full-time) in hospo (latest finishes 12am), but am actively looking for a big-girl corporate job. I am respectful about my routine-differences and never make unnecessary noise late at night etc.

In my spare time I love a bit of art/creativity, reading, gym, trying new cafes, opshopping, walks, gigs/concerts, and board games!

I am a contact-lens wearing, antihistamine dependent warrior 🕺🕺

Looking for somewhere reasonably close to CBD, with parking either off or on-street. I favour good natural lighting, wooden floors, and a built-in wardrobe. Bonus points if you have a cute cat <3
