Howdy, folks! Here in Perth for a while and could really use a space to call my own with some peace.
Will be working 5-6 times a week at two jobs so preferably between Osborne Park and East Perth as I'm employed at both ends. Not picky with the room as I would like to just deal with less claustrophobia of the 5 month hostel binge, maybe with a homely atmosphere as a bonus. Nearby transit and grocery would be ideal as I have no car, somewhere I could store my bike would also be greatly appreciated.
Preferably the $225 - $300 price point but may be open to expand based on the right offer. Definitely want to stick around until my visa wraps in October.
Please let me know if there are any possible openings, I am always delighted to have friendly connection and help out with keeping things tidy (dish washing is personally therapeutic for me).
