Hi, I'm John aged 61, for 25 years i worked a manual job loading and unloading trucks until my job ceased to exist, not much demand for someone of my age doing similar work so now I do volunteer work to keep me occupied. Currently in a share house in Carinda for near 5 years sharing with 3 other men, one who i don't get along with so time for a change, I'm house trained so don't mind picking up a vacuum cleaner, mop or toilet scrubbing brush and doing my fair share around the house, always clean up after myself and because of my age no party animal so noise is kept to a minimum. Rent is always paid on time, well it's a bank transfer and never missed a payment, not much of a drinker, don't do drugs or gamble, do have my own furniture if a room is unfurnished but I do need a room that's not on the small side. That's about it, for some reason couldn't pick the date I wanted to move but anytime in the next week onwards, thanks for reading, John
