Hi! I’m a 28-year-old long-term resident after a few years of living and traveling around the world. I spent the last three years as a digital nomad, but I've officially hung up the backpack to focus on a casual role here and building my own tech startup.

I’m big on nature, surfing, and the outdoors, but I’m just as happy grabbing a drink and having a deep conversation or a movie night. I’m super clean, tidy, and very respectful of boundaries.

A few things I’m looking for in a home:

Parking: I'm looking for a spot with garage parking for my car.

House Vibe: I value a home that's a mix of social and 'do your own thing.' I’m happy for us to chill together, and I'd love a place where having an occasional guest over is totally fine.

Logistics: I'm interested to know if the bathroom is shared and if bills are typically included in the rent or split.
