Mature Irish student, staying in Sydney only until the end of June so just need a place for a few weeks. My budget is max $500pw including bills. I'm looking for a quiet home while I work on my masters thesis and enjoy life in the Sydney area.

I'm easy going, like to keep fit, I'm in a triathlon club in Ireland, so try to swim, bike and run when I can. I own my own house in Dublin so I understand the need to respect common areas and fellow housemates.
