Hi, my name is Saffanah. I’m looking for a furnished private room available from 9 April 2026 around Belmore, Lakemba, Marrickville, Hurstville, Campsie, Wiley Park, Rockdale, Punchbowl, Bankstown or nearby suburbs 😄

I’d love a place that’s tidy, clean, non-smoking, not overcrowded (share with 4 people is good), and close to a train or bus station. Since this will be a long-term stay, I’m hoping for a comfy house with easy access to public transport (even if it takes a bit longer to get to the city, that’s fine as long as the place feels right).

About me: I’m a female tenant, clean, organized, and respectful. I enjoy a peaceful living environment and prefer female-only accommodation, but I’m also fine with mixed households as long as everyone respects each other. I’ve lived abroad a few times, so I know how to share spaces and be a good housemate. ☺️

💰 My budget is around $220-$240/week including bills (electricity, gas, internet, etc.), negotiable depending on the place. I’m also prepared for a bond in line with standard practice.

📌 This is going to be my new journey after spending more than a year in the Outback. I plan to stay long-term here in Sydney, but we can start with 3–6 months as an initial period to make sure it’s a good fit for both sides.
