I'm a 21-year-old woman who’s in need of a studio or one bedroom apartment/or grannyflat or even a big room for myself and twin boys. I have proof of income and police clearances as well, I enjoy walks and value cleanliness as much as possible with two toddlers. I am respectful, and responsible I do smoke as well but do so outside anyway and if need be I can go away from the place, and If my kids aren't welcome, neither am I, I’m trying hard to provide some stability we do have a caravan as well. We are also looking for a site to put that up would be needing power and water if any other options dont work but we are even struggling with that
