A lil about myself: I’m a 23 year old girlie who loves to find joy in all the small moments of life.

I’m looking for:
A fun, creative home with a warm feeling.
Budget - $250-$350 (including utilities)
Locations - Surrey Hills, Box Hill, Burwood, Malvern (but honestly open to others).

Time frame - I move to Melbourne from Canberra on 26 April and ideally the lease/sublet would be 3-6months.

I’d say 3 qualities I am proud I have cultivated are:
Communication - I truly believe healthy communication is one of the most important things to keep a house feeling like a home. I want the people I live with to feel comfortable to share anything with me.

Fun and calm - I really am a silly goofy gal, but I also know when calm and ease is needed and will totally understand when you need that too.

Emotional intelligence - I may have the worst sense of direction (like getting from A to B, there is no internal compass there 😂😂) but I have strong emotional intelligence. I really seek to be curious, rather than judge people and experiences.

Hobbies: In no particular order, I love dancing, reading, music, singing, thriftingggg, movie nights (currently loveeee heated rivalry if ykyk) want to get back into running, and I love all forms of exercise (Pilates, yoga, lifting heavy tingz etc)
