First time flat share I have only ever rented properties for personal leasing . I rented rooms and am aware of simple yet crucial respect regarding others living space. Clean and tidy , non smoker , raised doing my own dishes., washing and living spaces up-kept. I do have a 1year old pup who is a gentleman., outside boy. Rent paid up and parties not apparent .
