Seeking a granny flat/studio, ideally long-term on the Southern Gold Coast or Northern NSW area. Currently living with a friend in Currumbin, and now looking to move into a place by myself so I can fully focus on my business.

A little about me:
I'm in my early 40s, originally from Brisbane, and have been living on the Gold Coast for several years after living abroad in London and New York. I’m a non-smoker with no pets or children, and I run two e-commerce businesses. I’m very dedicated to my work, it takes up most of my time during the week and weekends too. I have a warehouse in Burleigh, but also work from home a couple of days a week, so I really value a calm, clean and motivating home environment, surrounded by nature would be a bonus.

I take pride in where I live, I’m clean, tidy, respectful, and can provide references. I enjoy my own space, but also appreciate a wine and a good chat when the vibe is right.

As a bonus, I’m also an experienced pet sitter, so if you ever head away, I’d be more than happy to care for your pets as part of the arrangement or casually when needed.
