I'm a 38 year old guy who works full time and prefers living in a studio or a shared house with my own bathroom but not a deal breaker if the property is right . I don't smoke or own pets and I don't have kids. My interests include cooking, gardening, art, films, and the beach. I like to keep my space clean, tidy but still like to feel a place is home and that people live there. I’m social,friendly and love having a laugh ,I like to see the humor in life especially when there is so much awful and unpleasantness in the world.Even though I can be social and have conversation,I can be quiet while being respectful of space and a flatmates energy.All ask of people in life generally and of people in a share space/ flat is to Just be honest, communicate respectfully be genuine and our place would be awesome.
