I’m a calm and easygoing person who values a peaceful and comfortable living environment. I moved from Canada to Sydney in May and have really enjoyed settling into the city. I’m currently living in a great house and have had a very positive experience, but I’m now looking for a change and a new place to call home.

As an artist, I’ve always preferred living close to work, as it helps me maintain a balanced and stress-free routine. During the weekdays, I’m mostly at the office, while on weekends I enjoy heading out, exploring new places, and experiencing what Sydney has to offer.

I’m respectful of shared spaces, keep things clean and tidy, and appreciate a quiet home where everyone can relax. I’m also open-minded and easy to get along with, while understanding the importance of personal space and respecting everyone’s routine.

What makes me great to live with is that I’m low-maintenance, considerate, clean, and bring a calm and positive energy into the home. I’m simply looking for a nice, peaceful place where I can feel comfortable and enjoy living in Sydney.
