My name is Donggun Lee and I work full-time at a construction site near Newcastle Interchange. The project is expected to continue for about a year, so I am looking for a place to stay for at least 6 months. My current accommodation ends on 10 April, but I can move in earlier if needed.

I am a male non-smoker, and I do not really drink. I am quiet, tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. I do not have a car. I am interested in your room and would appreciate the opportunity to arrange an inspection if possible.
