My name is Mina, looking for a room to rent around Bulimba, Hawthorne, or Morningside.

I’m currently working in hospitality, so I’m very clean, organized, and respectful of communal spaces. I maintain a stable, routine lifestyle and usually spend my days off exploring new cafes, or filming videos.
I’m looking for a clean and tidy house with a friendly vibe—a place where everyone respects each other’s privacy but is also down for a chat over coffee or a meal now and then.

About me: Non-smoker, no pets, party-free, always pay rent on time!

Move-in date: 10th of July

Budget: Around $350 per week (including bills preferred)
