Hi! We are David and Alejandra, a respectful, clean, and easy-going couple from Peru.
​For work, I am an electronics and air conditioning (HVAC) technician—so having a handy person around the house who knows how things work is always a plus! We are both focused on our professional goals and work hard.
​In our free time, we like to keep things relaxed. We are definitely not a party couple. We enjoy exploring the city, having a good coffee, and winding down after a busy day. We value a peaceful home environment and highly respect everyone's privacy and the shared spaces.
​We are looking for a comfortable room close to industrial hubs (South, North, or East) or with easy access to public transport. We always pay rent and bills on time, keep everything tidy, and treat the house as if it were our own.
