Hey, I’m Josh – 26, working full-time in geo/rope access. I’m usually away for work during the week (Mon–Fri most of the time), so I’m only home 2–3 nights max.

I’m pretty easygoing, clean, and respectful of space. When I’m home I’m usually just chilling, gym, or catching up with mates not a party house kind of guy.

Looking for a relaxed, drama-free place with good people. Happy to chip in around the house and keep things tidy.

Because I’m barely there during the week, I’m a pretty low-impact housemate 👍
