Can provide a very healthy bank statement of high savings also .
We both don't smoke or drink no pets and like a quiet lifestyle just looking for peaceful home no dramas .
Currently renting in shared accommodation the situation is extremely bad we have rented through a licensed agent which I can provide 2 years stable reference.
Looking to move ASAP .
