I’m a 42-year-old professional currently based on the Sunshine Coast, working a mix of hands-on labouring (3–4 days a week) and remote IT support.

I’m a clean, tidy, and respectful person who values a calm and easygoing home environment. I enjoy being social from time to time, but I also appreciate having my own space and downtime.

Outside of work, I stay active with acroyoga, calisthenics, and hiking, and I also enjoy unwinding with acoustic guitar.

I’m looking for a comfortable shared home with 1–2 like-minded, mature housemates who are considerate, tidy, and not overly noisy. A relaxed, respectful atmosphere is important to me.
