I’m 42 and recently moved to the Gold Coast for a new job in Arundel.

I’m clean, tidy, respectful and easygoing. I enjoy having a chat and being social sometimes, but I also like having my own space and a quiet home.

In my free time I enjoy acroyoga, calisthenics, hiking and playing acoustic guitar. I also spend some time studying and working on personal projects, so I’m looking for a room with enough space for a desk that I can use as a small home office.

I’m looking for a comfortable place with 1–2 mature and respectful housemates. I’m not looking for a party house, just a nice and relaxed place to live.
