Hi, I’m Louise, 24, currently staying in Brisbane CBD and looking for a new place. I’m from Denmark and here to study social work, and I’m hoping to find a furnished room close to the city. Suburbs like Fortitude Valley, New Farm or Spring Hill would be perfect since I work near Howard Smith Wharves and don’t have a car.

My budget is up to $350 a week including bills. I’m a very calm and easy person to live with, I’m social but also enjoy my own space, and I always respect a closed door. I’ve lived out of home since I was 19, so keeping things clean and tidy is second nature. I’m also a non‑smoker and don’t have any pets
